ran out the first 3 with jhat the rest was a windy solo run.. Man crazy wind blowing.. Felt like i ran through a f5 tornado several times..

6 out and back for some a.m. miles at work

 

met up with nate and jazz at ewp and did a 6x1 mile workout with 1/2 mile recovery..easy miles on the ends 

Hit all my miles at 5:13 or better and felt good and comfortable.  I wanted to hit them all at 5:20 or better.  I ran out the first mile a lot quicker than I wanted and slowed down the pace so i could finish the workout....Nate and Jazz were about 5-15 sec ahead of me on the rest of them.

Had a big ol crew meet up at Louie's and my plan was to do the loop'n lakes 26.2 mile run... I was pretty sure I was going the whole distance solo till I saw Nate...I was glad he showed up.. we took the crew of 9 out to 8 miles and Nate and I were the only 2 to go the whole distance. We picked it up kept a pretty good clip around mid to low 6 min pace the rest of the run..It was a PR for Nate and his first sub 3.. Ready to watch some marathon trials now.
