Met J-hat out at Louies for a loop'n the lakes..we went out easy and picked up Ean about 10 miles in and I took off about 1/2 way with a quicker pace. felt in control and pretty easy the rest of the way back. had a head wind almost the rest of the way back. First cool off was really nice. Didnt hardly have to take any water in.

Smashed my mileage PR. May hop back out this even to round the number off.

HUGE week. What's the schedule looking like this fall?

Thanks Jason

So far I've St George in Oct and CIM in Dec..

How bout you?

From Jason D on Sat, Sep 10, 2016 at 20:11:05 from 24.127.111.174

Very cool! St George should be very exciting this year and CIM seems like a great time of year and a fast course.

Given my downtime this summer and less flexible schedule than I'm used to I'm pretty much just running. Might grab a short race but no real plans for the first time in probably 4-5 years. I'll look to run a sizeable marathon and half marathon PR in early spring if things go well.

Smashed this run also! Looked like you were on a Harley as you flew by. Congrats on PR for miles in a week and running strong all summer!
