A.M. PF 12.03 with Big Slim Jim. he was doing at tempo 10 miles at pace and i joined him. Was super suprised my legs felt as good as they did. think I will snap back from Boston pretty well. I have never felt this good this soon after a marathon. giving the full some serious consideration.

PM -   met up with Daniel and Nolan down on the earlywine trail for a easy 4.6 miles...North wind had a little bit to it.  Man I can't believe how well I am feeling..

Wow, no way I could do 12 miles right now - you have got some good recovery abilities. Were you planning on the OKC half?

Joe i will probably do the 1/2...I think my legs would like me better if I did the half.
