easy with the dog. then ran over to mom's to check on the pool draining. felt like crud.

 Ran 10 hot ones after work out at draper...Hills were plenty and i learned the importance of running with socks today. Never know when they might save more than your feet.

was gonna run on track but they had them used up so jake and i did a fartlek run. did 2 min. at 5k and then 1min recovery...did 8 well really 9 cause i didn't start my watch on one of them. Jake was running really strong and i felt like i was fallin apart. ran most of mine around 5:22 but dipped on both sides of that depending on where the hills were. Last one i really fell off at 5:39. 

good workout

look for jake to win sunday unless allen webb shows up.

did a run down at regional park in mwc with daniel..we did 3.14 mile warmup, 2mile at his marathon pace 5:50 which was more like 5:40 -5:35 then we did a mile cooldown back to the car. 

found out today that Ian can get me a half entry..bonus with weather money.

Got a run in with Jake, Jerry, and Ian out from Jakes house around OC and did some 6 strides to end it out. Was nice having Jerry back in town till he asked my wife if she was Jakes mom.

Met Jerry down at the Sheraton to run with the Legends..(Bill Rodgers, Dick Beardsley) just a nice little pre-race shake out. Jimbo, Jerry and I got a nice little more up pace 2 miles to top it off.
